Oblivious book launch party!
Saturday, March 29, J. O'Donoghue books, Anoka, MN. 4 pm.

On Saturday, March 29, more than eighty people gathered at J. O’Donoghue Books in Anoka, Minnesota, to help launch Oblivious and have their books signed. Many stayed for a lively Q&A, and cheerfully nibbled on an array of cheeses, meats, crackers, fruit and home-made desserts while sipping wine and chatting about one of their favorite hobbies. Reading. Folks of all ages and backgrounds exchanged opinions and discussed books. It was a fabulous evening and I had a ball!

J. O’Donoghue’s is a perfect bookstore. A slice of Americana that is hard to find. Floors creak and shelves are stuffed with books of all genres. A fat, happy cat mingles with customers. The owners’ passion for their shop shows in every detail. Please join me in doing what we can to keep this tradition, the old-fashioned bookstore, alive and well. They may not serve designer coffee, but the ambiance can’t be beat!
